At AGONABA Farms, Oheneba leads an integrated operation that includes crop and vegetable cultivation, livestock and snail farming, contract farming, and agricultural machinery services. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and rural inclusion. Notably, he has prioritized gender equity in recruitment and community engagement, ensuring that over 51% of the farm’s workforce and partnerships are driven by women.

Beyond primary production, Oheneba is the creative force behind Cassava Gold and AsaaseRoots—two emerging cassava processing brands dedicated to producing high-quality gari, tapioca, starch, and cassava-based animal feed.
